Online Mindfulness Group

Join us for our first online Mindfulness Group. Happening every Monday in November from 6:30pm-8pm, this group will be experiential based- reviewing lots of different meditation and mindfulness practices. A great way to practice what you may have been learning in our sessions, or, if you are new to Sage Holistic OT, a great way to learn some new tools that align with what you're learning in your OT or psychotherapy sessions.


Limited to 8 participants, so sign up soon if you're interested. For those with Status Card, sessions will be covered under NIHB.
