Bethany will be offering a self-care session at the Hamilton Regional Indian Centre (HRIC) this month. It is open for all to attend, but will have specific funding information for the Indigenous community to be able to access therapy services that are FULLY FUNDED by NIHB in both Dundas and Ohsweken. In some cases, even transportation can be covered!
