Formal vs Informal Mindfulness

Mindfulness and Meditation is a tool that can be used in various times of our life and has been shown to be beneficial for a variety of health conditions. Whether you are dealing with fertility concerns, changes with your body and emotions during pregnancy, birth, post-partum adjustments to life or parenting, Mindfulness will be helpful. John Kabat-Zinn, a lead researcher in the clinical use of Mindfulness defines it as “Awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally.”.
